PROFESSIONAL PROFILE

Claire is a Senior Law Clerk at Cummins Law, where she joined the firm during her second year at the University of Cincinnati College of Law.

Claire brings to her work at Cummins Law her experience as Editor-in-Chief of the University of Cincinnati Intellectual Property and Computer Law Journal. She has also been actively involved in the law school’s Student Bar Association throughout law school, serving as a class representative for all three years.

Prior to joining Cummins Law, Claire worked with the Ohio Innocence Project, gaining valuable experience reviewing and organizing extensive discovery materials and distilling complex information into clear, manageable issues. This experience continues to inform her approach to legal research, analysis, and case preparation.
